rather than science this basic topic of anyones life got more a matter of dogmatic beliefs than anything senseful what means keeping us healthy and ...??? Happy!

"Health" is the specified field for the following main branches:

medical care, insurances operated by states under control, military, prostitution, chemistry, 

under the leadership of mad Priesthoods and Governmental education and other Brain Controlling operations like TV and so fort. They suck on us just like the vampires and people better start to understand things from the basics as they are not really complicated than only brainwashed with the dirt of madness.

God made things pretty much simple so that really everyone can understand it. And as far as God-Allah-Krishna-Source had not been the biggest fool ever we must know that he never created "things" which does not work properly but the opposite: perfect.

From that basic point you can know directly the function and leadership of the mentioned branches above. Their creations are always complicated because they are operating on complications otherwise also called problems. Their creations are neither created by God nor by the Animals and Plants nor Minerals who are giving their level best to follow the Supreme formula as given to them.  We are living on Planets which also give their level best to follow the Supreme formula. 

When did you see the last time the sun shining and warming and feeding and healing you? You miss it, not so? Not such wonder. The Supreme put her in to be the big spender of life and her lovers are the air, the water and the earth in which we all can appear and breath: Animals, Plants, Minerals and Humans. A perfect design formulated by the Supreme Source or Being for the all of us. Do you still remember this? Or did Alzheimer rip your brain already into the darkness of the hell in which the ruling madness priesthoods love to stay and eat you? I am not talking about the Shamans but the Vati-Clans who are ruling the mentioned branches to fuck us up. A Shaman who is living within his folks and not above them would not tell you such nonsense:

There is a Paradise but you are looking in the TV or in the Scriptures of Supreme Madness where it could be. Why are you looking out to find the Anti-Christ? Just watch TV and there he is. Pretty much foolish but developed with the success that you move your "fat poisoned ash" on streets which got already cemeteries: the roads of death. You are moving in the Dead Man Walking Road to nowhere good but bad. And not the goal is the aim but the way, you got me: all fucked not only the end of the horror show but already the road. There you will find your enemies, others who find it super to move in civilisations which have the most pleasure in destructions of themselves and others including the brave servants of the Supreme, the Animals and Plants and so fort, innocent beings. You feel disturbed by a little surrring moskito but not by a helicopter which is surrounding you and spraying you with the Pharmaceutical Tinctures for Torture? You cannot breath such well anymore, not so? You even take a deep spray to poison your lounges more than they get already pumped up with poison. You call this asthma treatment. Probably you even tell your children that this would be a wonderful treatment to get better air than ever. The poor ones. Wake up you fool. You help destructing the paradize alongside with all these gangsters which are mentioned in the top, they are your leaders and you are the follower. Who is more worse? The idiot or his followers? It is you who consume all their products and cry when you cannot get your fucking poison. How many deodorants do you give into your wholes under the arms and even into you intimate zone to drink on? Beah! You never knew this poison is sinking inside you like the Titanic sank into the ocean? Did you think that your skin is build like the cemetary roads? You better start to know things how they are and clean your body with Olive Oil, a bit in the water and you are fine stinking and oily and healthy and happy how you then look like. Nice and Sweet. It is very simple to cure Malaria for the case you should not know this. Very simple and very cheap. They also do not want to kill out all yellow or white people. Probably the rest of red people as they still own the most shaman whisdom and did run humanstyle life designed by the Supreme in accordance with nature. 

So you will have to know yourself as a natural designed being by the Supreme and follow this properly stinking nice. Use Olive Oil or any other Nut Oil or Coconut Oil for your hairs and skin. It will serve you well also to defend Chemtrails and Morgellons. For deodorant if you even need any use Citrones or lemons.   Coffee without sugar can detoxify you.
