Outlawed are the people on Earth by those, who consider to own us. The Truth will set you free, ok not in every case. In this case the Armageddon Freaks set themselves free to do with us, whatever they want, to fullfill their own prophecies. Do not cry, they felt already free to do what they want to do since a longer while. They did not miss any crime on humans, I guess they did not see it as a crime. Probably they are no humans. What else? I do not know. There are different versions of explanations: Aliens, Reptiles or simply totally regressed humans by permanent inbreeding. Selfownerships starts with your free access to water, air and ground and ability to plant. As we know this had not been the case, when you could talk anything you had liked.
